Hey Bud.
To post an image as your background. Click Manage button over your history. Then click change skin, create a new skin, name it, choose a starting color, adjust other colors in boxes, click next. Now once you are in step 3 you can click the background and upload a background image. You can center it or tile it or set it up a number of different ways. Adjust text color, link color, link hover color and other features. Save your skin and you should be good.
